On Saturday, Feb. 15, former The Westfield School standout Carleigh Knowles’ current college team, the North Georgia Nighthawks, won 10-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Emmanuel Lions.
The game took place at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Lions this season.
The Nighthawks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 3 p.m. at Toyota Field against Alabama Huntsville Chargers.
