On Sunday, March 2, former Houston County High School standouts Eli Stephens and Kai Decker’s current college team, the Mercer Bears, lost 6-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the High Point Panthers.

The game took place at OrthoGeorgia Park at Claude Smith Field. This was their second matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5 at 6 p.m. at Wheeler–Watkins Baseball Complex against Alabama State Hornets.
