On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Houston County High School standout Drew Burress’ current college team, the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Georgia Southern Eagles.

The game took place at J. I. Clements Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Yellow Jackets’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 4 p.m. at Mac Nease Baseball Park at Russ Chandler Stadium against Marshall Thundering Herd.
