The 2025 State of the Base event took place on Thursday, March 13, at the Cary W. Martin Conference Center in the Roy H. “Sonny” Watson Health Pavilion. Nearly 400 community leaders, development partners, and supporters attended to hear from Robins Air Force Base leadership about their achievements over the past year and discuss future priorities and progress.

The panel for this year’s event included Colonel Deedrick Reese, Commander of Installation & 78th Air Base Wing; Brigadier General Jon Eberlan, Commander of Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex; Mr. Dean Sniegowski, Director of Staff at Air Force Reserve Command Headquarters; Colonel Adam Shelton, Commander of the 461st Air Control Wing; and Colonel Christopher Dunlap, Commander of the 116th Air Control Wing. Laura Mathis, Executive Director of Middle Georgia Regional Commission, provided insights from a local perspective with a global outlook.
