The City of Perry's FREE Workout in the Park series will offer a variety of FREE outdoor workouts tailored to suit all ages and all fitness levels!

This month's workout will be 9 AM | Power Hour on the Downtown Lawn hosted by Sunshine Walton of the Cantrell Center!

Power Hour is a condensed boot-camp style class that incorporates cardio, strength training, abs, and more. This fun 60-minute class is tailored for people of all ages and fitness levels!

Join us on the last Saturday of each month March through November to enjoy free workouts on the downtown greenspace on these mornings:

June 26th

July 31st

August 28th

September 25th

October 30th

November 27th

Join us every LAST Saturday morning at 9 AM to start your day with a FREE outdoor workout! After your workout, enjoy a trip to the Perry Farmers Market or browse our downtown shops and restaurants!

*All sessions, instructors, and other event details subject to change.

To learn more about each individual session, please see the event discussion!

We welcome all ages, abilities, and fitness levels to participate!

Please note, there are no public restroom facilities at this location and the grass may be wet. Please plan accordingly.

All sessions will be held at 9 AM on the Downtown Lawn (901 Main Street) in Historic Downtown Perry

Sessions may be canceled in the event of inclement weather.
