Flu Vaccines Available at Bleckley County Schools on Tuesday, November 30, 2021
The Bleckley County Health Department will be offering flu vaccines in schools. If you would like to have your child vaccinated at school please sign, date, and return the attached Consent Form to Bleckley County Schools before Friday November 12, 2021. You will need to send a copy of your child's insurance card. Please see attached files for more information.
