City of Perry issued the following announcement on March 30.

What better way to start your weekend than with free workouts and workshops?

Bring a friend and stop by the Community Health & Housing Fair at the Perry Events Center (1121 Macon Road) from Noon through 2 PM on Saturday, April 2 and participate in one or more of our FREE self-improvement sessions:

ALL LEVELS MINI-WORKOUTS SCHEDULE:

12 PM (Noon) | Adult Strength & Conditioning with Totem Training

12:20 PM | Beginner Bellydance with Perry Bellydance

12:40 PM | Beginner Bootcamp with Anytime Fitness of Perry

1 PM | Exercise Instruction with Khammica of Houston Healthcare

1:20 PM | Power 15 with the Cantrell Center for Physical Therapy and Wellness

1:40 PM | Stretch & Balance with Sharon Edgley, Silver Sneakers and Registered Yoga Instructor

HEALTH & HOUSING WORKSHOPS:

12 PM (Noon) | Georgia Dream with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs

12:30 PM | Reading Nutrition Labels with Rebecca, R.D. of Houston Healthcare

1 PM | Heir Properties, Wills, & More with the Georgia Legal Services Program, Inc.

1:30 PM | Fad Diets with Rebecca, R.D. of Houston Healthcare
