City of Perry issued the following announcement on April 5.
In February, the City of Perry Economic Development Office conducted a survey asking residential realtors who have buyers looking to purchase in Perry.
As Perry grows, developers are reaching out from national and international locations with a desire to build in Perry. The Economic Development Office determined it was beneficial to obtain a general overview of Perry’s housing needs. This information, in turn, can be communicated to potential developers.
