This year we are going to try something new in Byron! During the month of October, we will be hosting the Scarecrow Stroll in Downtown Byron. We are looking for businesses, teams, clubs, civic organizations, churches, and families or individuals that would like to set-up a scarecrow in Jailhouse Park for the month of October.
This will be a little healthy competition between peers, with the winners receiving a Scarecrow Stroll trophy and bragging rights for 2022!
The community will be able to stroll through Jailhouse Park and Main Street/Downtown Byron and choose which scarecrow they like best, with voting to close at 8:00 p.m. on Halloween, with the close of Nightmare on Main Street.
