Circle K on Perry Parkway

In October, Lt. Hill of the Perry Police Department discovered a person that appeared to be passed out at the Circle K on Perry Parkway. During the investigation, a struggle ensued between the suspect and responding officers.

During the struggle, Thaddeus Driscoll, a citizen of Cambridge Drive, assisted the officers in getting the suspect under control. Mr. Driscoll was on his way to the airport when he stopped at Circle K.

Perry Mayor and Council recognized Mr. Driscoll with a Certificate of Appreciation at the November 1, 2022 Council Meeting.

We extend our highest appreciation to Mr. Driscoll for his willingness to assist our officers during this incident.
