Great work to Perry Police Department Officer Davis who stopped a vehicle and resulted in two being charged with multiple drug charges!
Officer Davis observed a vehicle with a non-functioning driver's side headlight and no tag lights traveling on Houston Lake Road. Officer Davis conducted the traffic stop and called for Sergeant Banks and her partner, K9 Fennec.
A search of the car was conducted after K9 Fennec alerted. Over two ounces of marijuana, a gun, and a drug scale was located in the vehicle and on the occupants. Both occupants were arrested for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, and Possession of Drug Related Objects.
