The City of Perry Animal Control Facility handles adoption services at their location (480 Ball Street) when adoptable pets are available.
The Animal Control Facility also works with FOPAS or any other licensed agency in order to adopt an animal. In cooperation with the shelter, the Friends of the Perry Animal Shelter (FOPAS) also has pets for adoption at their facility located at 204 Kellwood Drive in Perry.
In order to adopt a pet from the City of Perry Animal Control Facility, you must fill out the Animal Adoption Contract found on our website.
Those who wish to adopt an animal can do so during regular business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday - Friday) or by appointment during non-business hours.
