Our friends from Essential Bowls will be back from 5 PM to 8:30 PM serving up their delicious açaí bowls and avocado toasts for the perfect post-workout meal or just stop by on your way home from work to kick your weekend off with a healthy start!
So make plans to join us tonight (Friday, March 10) as we turn off the lights and turn up the music for our final Glowga of 2023!
Featuring blacklights, glow sticks, strobe lights, and more, we welcome you to wear your brightest colors and bring your boldest moves for another FREE all-ages, all-levels glow-in-the-dark workout!
Doors open at 5:15 PM - so arrive early to get your GLOW on!
Body Blyng will be joining us from 5:15 PM to 7:15 PM offering free glow-in-the-dark body paint!
6:00 PM | Glowga - Blacklight Zumba with Mandy
7:00 PM | Glowga - Blacklight Yoga with Sharon (Please bring a mat or towel)
All ages and all levels are welcome! Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable workout attire and bring a towel and water bottle. Restrooms and a water fountain are available on site.
