#TZDTuesday: It is that time of year again – time to “spring” ahead with daylight saving time at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 12. This can initially affect our sleeping and safe driving abilities. Shifting your bedtime and wake time in 15- to 30-minute increments can help your body transition gradually.
The extra daylight also inspires many adults and children to spend more time outdoors, so be sure to watch for cyclists, joggers, pedestrians, children at play and avoid speeding. Together, we can drive Minnesota #TowardZeroDeaths.
