Rep. Austin Scott announces Service Academy Day event in Warner Robins

U.S. Representative Austin Scott (GA-08) has announced that he will host a U.S. Service Academy Day on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins, Georgia.

“It is imperative that we have young patriots continue to lead in all of our military branches to maintain our military strength and national security,” Rep. Scott stated. “I strongly encourage interested candidates and their families to attend my office’s Service Academy Day event to receive insightful information about the one-of-a-kind opportunities our nation’s service academies have to offer to students from Georgia's Eighth."

Representatives from various U.S. service academies, including the U.S. Military Academy, U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, will be present at the event. Additionally, representatives from Rep. Sanford D. Bishop Jr.’s (GA-02) office and several ROTC and Parents' Clubs will attend.

Service Academy Day is free and open to the public, welcoming all high school students and their parents.
