On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Houston County High School standout Drew Burress’ current college team, the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, won 11-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Marshall Thundering Herd.

The game took place at Mac Nease Baseball Park at Russ Chandler Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Thundering Herd this season.

The Yellow Jackets’ next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 24 at 1 p.m. at Mac Nease Baseball Park at Russ Chandler Stadium against Marshall Thundering Herd.
