The average cost of diesel in cities within Houston County was $3.93 per gallon.
There are 67 gas stations in cities within Houston County.
The average price of diesel in Georgia was $4.03, compared to $4.07 the week before.
The U.S. government missed the mark when forecasting gas prices for 2022. A short-term outlook published early in 2022 claimed gas rates would fall, when in fact gas rates rose significantly.
The outlook once again suggested that prices would fall in 2023.
